Mobile Ticket App and Ticket Network build a stronger relationship by using the Ticket Network checkout screen. Prior to using the Ticket Network checkout screen, Mobile Ticket App broker clients used the app checkout, which worked very well and allowed easy repeat purchases, but reserving the tickets and purchasing the tickets before they were sold caused checkout processing timeliness issues. Mobile Ticket App iPhone Ticket Apps and Android Ticket Apps have been updated to the Ticket Network checkout screen.
“We believe that the new Ticket Network checkout is a good thing. All orders are now being processed using the Ticket Network process, meaning that tickets are being reserved at purchase, the POS systems are getting the orders loaded automatically, retail buyers are getting the email and shipment updates from the broker via Ticket Network, plus we can now easily support Ticket Network Direct Partners. It was a natural evolution, some do not love the way the checkout screen looks, but it works and orders are coming in. Ticket Brokers can see their mobile orders coming in with a minor tweak to the web admin. We hope to work more closely with Ticket Network in the near future to optimize the checkout for a mobile device. The only challenge this created for Mobile Ticket App was the way we bill, we used to bill per order transaction, but now we had to change the model to a monthly subscription,” Steve of Mobile Ticket App stated.
